Who Is This For? لمن هذا العرض؟

Students from Grade 5 to Grade 11 — future leaders of IEPEC.

One girl and one boy from each grade من كل صف: بنت وولد

From every grade, one girl and one boy will be chosen for the Student Council.

These titles go only to students from Grades 7–11 — not from earlier grades.

Step 1 · الخطوة ١

Announcement الإعلان عن الانتخابات

The school announces the Student Council elections and the official election date. تعلن المدرسة عن انتخابات مجلس الطلبة وعن الموعد الرسمي للانتخاب.

Students learn the rules, timeline, and how to take part with respect and fairness. يتعرّف الطلاب على القواعد والجدول الزمني وكيفية المشاركة باحترام وعدالة.

Step 2 · الخطوة ٢

Nomination ترشيح الطلاب

The student expresses the wish to run as a candidate, then the parent / guardian must send an approval message to the school. يُعرب الطالب عن رغبته في الترشح، ثم يجب على ولي الأمر إرسال رسالة موافقة إلى المدرسة.

Without parental approval, the nomination cannot be completed — so candidates and families take this step together. بدون موافقة ولي الأمر لا يكتمل الترشيح — لذلك يتعاون المرشح وأسرته لإتمام هذه الخطوة.

Step 3 · الخطوة ٣

Election Campaign الحملة الانتخابية

Each candidate runs a positive campaign: posters, ideas, and respectful conversations with classmates. يقوم كل مرشح بحملة إيجابية: ملصقات وأفكار وحوار محترم مع الزملاء.

Focus on solutions for the school community — not on competing against others unfairly. التركيز على حلول لمجتمع المدرسة — لا على منافسة غير عادلة.

Step 4 · الخطوة ٤

Candidate Speech كلمة المرشح

Every candidate delivers a speech presenting their election programme and promises. يلقي كل مرشح كلمة تعرض برنامجه الانتخابي ووعوده.

Speak clearly, be honest, and show how you will help students from Grades 5–11. تكلم بوضوح، كن صادقاً، وأظهر كيف ستساعد طلاب الصفوف ٥–١١.

Step 5 · الخطوة ٥

Election Day يوم الانتخابات

Students vote on 8 / 10 / 2026 in a fair, secret, and respectful process. يصوّت الطلاب بتاريخ ٨ / ١٠ / ٢٠٢٦ بطريقة عادلة وسرية ومحترمة.

One student — one vote. Choose the candidate who best represents your voice. طالب واحد — صوت واحد. اختر المرشح الذي يمثل صوتك بأفضل شكل.

Step 6 · الخطوة ٦

Announce the Winners الإعلان عن الفائزين

After counting the votes, the school announces the winning student council members. بعد فرز الأصوات، تعلن المدرسة عن أعضاء مجلس الطلبة الفائزين.

We celebrate every candidate — running already shows courage and leadership. نحتفل بكل المرشحين — الترشح نفسه يظهر الشجاعة والقيادة.

Organize activities that raise awareness among students, such as responsibility, democracy, justice, and cleanliness.

Take Part in School Organization

المشاركة في العمليات التنظيمية

  1. Line up for the school assembly, and again after breaks. اصطفاف الطابور المدرسي، وبعد الاستراحات.
  2. Keep the school and its surroundings clean. نظافة المدرسة والبيئة المحيطة.
  3. Welcome new students. استقبال الطلبة الجدد.
  4. Join parent meetings, and help with any other matters. المشاركة في اجتماعات أولياء الأمور، وأي أمور أخرى.
